Your rewards tier is calculated based on the total of your purchases made both online and in-store over a 12-month period from when you joined!

Once you reach a level, you will stay at that level and be able to enjoy the benefits for 12 months. If your spend increases during that time and you upgrade to the next level, you will be notified, and you will hold the higher level for 12 months from the date the new level was obtained (this becomes your new review date). 

For example, if you earn 300 points and achieve Silver Babe status, you will hold that Level status for 12 months. If you reach 600 points earned within that time, you will be upgraded to Gold Babe, and you will hold that level status for 12 months from that date.
