We try our best to send out your Bydee orders on time each day. This means all orders received by 7am Monday - Friday (AEST - Sydney) will be shipped out by our Warehouse Queens on the same day. Otherwise, your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse the next business day.

Please note: Any orders placed that include items or pre-order or delayed dispatch will be dispatched once all items are available, as a singular delivery.

AUSTRALIA
All orders placed within Australia are shipped via Express with Australia Post.

Want it now? Sydney same day delivery is an available option on orders placed before 12:30 PM for $17 with Go People.

Placing your order after 12.30PM? Don’t worry, you can book next-day delivery for the same price. Once your order has been dispatched, it will be with you within approximately 4 hours!

NEW ZEALAND
All orders placed within New Zealand are shipped via DHL Express Courier Service.

Please note that Bydee processes all orders in AUD. While the contents of your cart are displayed in NZD, you will checkout using AUD following the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.

Orders over $1000 NZD will be subject to customs & import duties which are pre-calculated upon checkout.

Due to the high volume of orders during launches, sales & holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. As always, we appreciate your patience & support.

How can I get rewards?

The collection-specific size guides can be found on the product pages. Please make sure you have selected the style and print you wish to buy to ensure the sizing chart is accurate!

We've made some changes to our sizing and added the XS size, which has slightly impacted the measurements of all sizes. We recommend checking the size guide specific to the product you are purchasing to ensure you find the right size for you.

If you’re still unsure which size to buy, please select "I need more help" for tailored sizing advice. Please include your measurements for your bust, waist, high hip and bottom, and your usual clothing size (including the country you are from) so we can provide accurate sizing advice to help you find your perfect Bydee piece!

To measure, please follow these instructions:
We suggest measuring four key points on your body to find your perfect size. It's best to wear as little clothing as possible when taking these measurements. We recommend holding the measuring tape flush against your body, ensuring not to pull too tightly for the most accurate measurements. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler afterwards!

Bust
Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust with no bra.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

High Hip
Measure around your hips at the very top of your hip bone.

Bottom
Measure around the widest part of your bottom.

Hot Tips
- Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
- Stand with your feet together and your body relaxed for all the measurements.
- For accuracy, take your measurements at least twice.

How do I pick the right size?

To lodge a return for a store credit please use our returns portal by clicking here

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
All items in our SALE section are final sale, they will not be restocked and can not be returned.
You have 30 days from the date you placed your order, to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense. 
All orders placed between the 27th November - 24th December are eligible for 45 day returns

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Once your return has been lodged in our portal, you will receive an email directing you to pay for your return. This return label can then be printed and attached to your parcel for you to either: - Drop at your local post office - Drop at your local post box - Leave with a mail carrier  Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. Bydee is not responsible for any lost or damage items when returning.

If you purchase your item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.
If you place your first order using our welcome discount code and would like to return your item in exchange for a store credit, we will honour the $15 discount off your first order in this instance. Please contact our customer service Queens and we will provide you with a new welcome code to be used in conjunction with your store credit.

Bydee offers Shipping Protection at checkout for $1.80. This will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. If you decide not to purchase Shipping Protection at the checkout, Bydee is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

What is the returns policy?

Hey babe,

Unfortunately, we are unable to make manual changes to an order once it has been placed. Please ensure when you place your order that you double-check the selected styles and sizes in your cart prior to proceeding to the checkout. 

Address change
We would suggest reaching out to the courier company (Australia post for AU customers and NZ post or DHL for New Zealand Cusromers) to have this parcel redirected to your preferred address. 

Item change
We suggest you make a separate order for the preferred item and send back the other one once you've received your original order. From there, so long as the return is in its original condition, we will be able to issue you a refund for the original (just be sure to let Customer Service know here)
