Our jewellery is gold-plated, and whilst minimal exposure to water is okay, we recommend reducing this exposure as much as possible to get the most out of your Bydee pieces.

Additionally, we use e-coating on our pieces. E-coating involves plating the metal with a thin, clear ceramic layer, which creates a barrier between the metal and the environment, protecting it from tarnishing. This process also makes the metal hypoallergenic, allowing those with metal allergies to wear our jewellery comfortably.
