What is the return policy for jewellery?Updated a month ago

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. 

  • The item(s) are returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without odours (including perfumes), with tags attached.

  • The return is lodged within 30 days of placing your order.

  • Your item(s) must not be included within our SALE section at the time of purchase, as these are final sale; they will not be restocked and can not be returned.

  • Please note that duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection costs are not eligible for store credit.
