Can I make a change to my order?Updated 10 months ago

Unfortunately, we are unable to make manual changes to an order once it has been placed. Please ensure when you place your order that you double-check the selected styles and sizes in your cart prior to proceeding to the checkout. 

Address change

We would suggest reaching out to the courier company (Australia post for AU and NZ post or DHL for NZ) to have this parcel redirected to your preferred address. 

Item change
We suggest you make a separate order for the preferred item and send back the other one once you've received your original order. From there, so long as the return is in its original condition, we will be able to issue you a refund for the original (just be sure to let Customer Service know here)
