I live nearby, can I drop my return directly to the warehouse?Updated 6 months ago

We know it seems simpler to just drop off your return on your own but our warehouse is not open to the public. However, we can accept in-store returns if you purchased your Bydee pieces online. We will exchange the pieces for you if the item is available in-store. If the item is out of stock in-store, our helpful Customer Service Queens will lodge a return for you via the online returns portal and take your Bydee pieces, so you don’t need to ship them back to us. You will receive an online store credit to re-purchase your favourite Bydee pieces!

Please do not post your Bydee return back to the store. Any return being posted back must go to the warehouse. Posting your return to the store will result in a processing delay.
