I want to add something else to my return. Can I do that?Updated a year ago

Yes. As you are located in Australia or New Zealand and your return is processed by our warehouse staff, you are able to do this.

You won't be able to process this through the portal. Please contact our Customer Service here to let them know exactly what you are returning and include a clear note in your satchel with the following:

 - The item(s) you are returning 

- The order number for the items

- The email address associated with the return order 

- The reason for return.

If anything goes wrong and the additional items get missed in your credit we will know what you sent back as you emailed our Customer Service Queens! Please reply to that email thread so they can fix this for you.
