My item was returned to sender, what do I do?Updated a year ago

here and they will create a store credit to the value of the items ordered (This does not include shipping or shipping protection costs)

You will need to repurchase shipping again on your new order, as the same tracking details from your previous order can not be used. Simply because each tracking number is unique and, once created and scanned through transit, can not be used again.
