My parcel is lost, but I have shipping protection. How do I make a claim?Updated a year ago

We know how frustrating it is when your parcel doesn’t arrive when expected!

To lodge a claim, please do here and tick the box "I have shipping protection for this order".

Our Customer Service Queens will then review your claim and let you know the next steps of your claim. 

Time frames for lodging your claim:

- Within 7 days of the due date of the shipment if marked Delivered

- No sooner than 10 days after the last checkpoint for domestic shipments (and 10 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the last checkpoint.

In the event of theft, upon Bydee’s discretion, we may require a police report to be filed with the local authorities attesting to the theft of the covered property. Security video showing evidence of theft may substitute for a police report.
