All orders placed within Australia are shipped via Express with Australia Post.

Want it now? Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11.30am Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) Via Rendr. 

Placing your order after 11.30am or on a weekend? Don’t worry, next-day delivery is available for the same price!

Please note same/next-day delivery is only available for addresses within 30km of our warehouse in Mascot. This is calculated automatically at checkout. Parcel lockers, PO Box addresses, and unauthorised deliveries are not eligible for same-day or next-day delivery. Please ensure someone is available for delivery to prevent your Bydee Pieces from being returned to us.

NEW ZEALAND

All express delivery orders placed within New Zealand are shipped via DHL Express Courier Service, while all standard delivery orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce.

Please note that Bydee processes all orders in AUD. While the contents of your cart are displayed in NZD, you will checkout using AUD, following the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.

The below shipping costs and cart values are displayed in AUD.

Orders over $1000 NZD will be subject to customs & import duties, which are pre-calculated upon checkout.
